Protect Parent Rights: Stop SB48

An important referendum has been filed to reverse a gross overreach by the state Legislature to usurp the parental rights of Californians.

This referendum will seek to overturn SB48, which exposes young children to curriculums and textbooks promoting objectional lifestyles. Under this new law, parents will have no right to remove their children from such classes.

By signing and supporting this referendum you will send a clear message to Sacramento that you do not want your parental rights taken over by the state.
